Artis Bio

Davis County native Lance Oscarson continues his 40-year experiment of being a visual artist. Mediums, inspirations, and executions vary. With 15 years experience as a creative in the advertising field, or 10 years as a leather crafter specializing in custom motorcyles, Lance now revels in bringing the steampunk/dieselpunk genre alive with his imaginative paper sculpture.

Taking tactical mediums such as leather, paper or metal, and crafting them into sculptured pieces that evoke emotion, is what fuels his creative passion.
